  • Are your dolls' custom paints sealed?

Yes. My dolls' custom face paint is sealed several times in the process for durability, but just like factory paint it may rub with rough playing so basic care is always recommended. The sealant used, extends the life of their faces' new custom hand painted features, protecting it against fading, naturally produced by U.V. light from sunlight and fluorescent light exposure.

  • Do you take custom orders?

No, I don't.  I'm not taking custom orders or offering customization services any more. I'm only working in my own dolls' projects that may be offered for sale through this page when completed. 

Should this change, I will be updating this information in this page and also promoting the services in my social media outlets (Facebook Page and Instagram). Please consider following any of those for more frequent updates about the dolls I'm currently working on, as well as if or when they will be available for purchase. This website is updated occasionally only, whenever new dolls become available for purchase.

  • What are your dolls' prices?

My custom dolls' prices vary. My dolls may go from $325+,  that is in US Dollars,  and it depends on the doll itself, her original price and availability in the market, the level of customization and/or amount of restoration done to it. In occasions, I may have dolls that are less than that, but those are the average rates they have sold.

  • Do you offer layaway or payment plans?

No, I don't. When my dolls are available for sale, they can't be placed on hold for the duration of a possible payment plan, because I need to clear room to add my new dolls projects.

  • Why the dolls shown at your page are SOLD?

The reason for this it's because they sell fast and rarely remain available for too long. Their listings and details remain up as an example of my work, later they are replaced for the new ones available. I'm not a store and my dolls are a unique collector's pieces of art, they are one of a kind so I don't keep a stock of the same dolls. I appreciate your understanding and I invite you to follow my social media outlets (Facebook Page or Instagram) to get frequent updates on the dolls I'm working on and if or when they will be available for purchase.

  • Is shipping included?

Shipping is always included inside US territory, provided by USPS, through Priority Service, with tracking number, added insurance and signature confirmation at delivery. In occasions I may use UPS too.  Shipping is within 3 business days, Monday to Friday, after receiving cleared payment through PayPal. In some cases shipping may be available on the same business day at no extra cost, only depending on the time the payment it's processed and received.

  • Do you ship internationally?

I do to a limited locations and shipping will be calculated based on destination address. Please contact me for more information about shipping to you if you're abroad.

  • Is PayPal the form of payment?

Yes. All transactions are secured by PayPal.

  • Will I receive a confirmation of my purchase?

Yes. After your purchase is completed and your payment is processed, you will be receiving an email confirmation of your purchase to the email address linked to your PayPal account or the email address you've provided.

  • Will I receive a shipping confirmation?

Yes. After your purchase is completed and your payment is processed, you will be receiving an email through PayPal with your shipment details, tracking number and estimated delivery date.
